Shengfuqian Street :the well-known historical and cultural street.

　　Shengfuqian Street located in the center of the ancient Ji’nan city , starting from the south gate of Shandong People’s Government and ending on Quancheng Road which is surrounded by Pearl Spring, Baotu Spring, Five-dragon Pool, Heihu Spring , the spring pulse of Ji’nan was given its name by the location of Shandong People’s Government.

　　It was named “Xianya Street” “Tongzhi Lane” and “Chengqing Lane” in Yuan Dynasty; “Buzhengsi Street” in Ming Dynasty; “Buzhengsi Avenue” in Qing Dynasty and was changed into “Shengfuqian Street” after the founding of New China. Buzhengsi Street where there were many book stores, stone inscription stores, stationary stores and antique stores as it was the gathering place of literature men and officials and it was near Chief Secretary Office and “Gongyuan”, the examination hall in feudal China. Martial arts publishing house and Wenyazhai bookstore, Ruifuxiang ancestor store, the first dental clinic , photo studio of Ji’nan and Yanxitang, the most well-known restaurant of Ji’nan were all born on this street after the founding of the Public of China.
