　　“One mountain, one water, one saint”, the travelling slogan of Shandong has been upgraded to a strategic development planning . Tai’an City Integrated Urban and Rural Development Strategic Planning published recently puts forward building a Chinese Cultural pivot centered Mount. Tai and connecting Ji’nan. Tai’an. Qufu to build up four mountains, for waters, for cities and four saints. Besides, regional coordinated development, Ji’nan- Tai’an big capital city, the leading development area of capital city groups are also put forward in the planning.
