The first domestic quantum information industry development plan is issued in Ji’nan.

　　Ji’nan, as the implementation site of the first domestic quantum communication subject project of national “863 plan” has continued to develop the quantum information industry since 2010 and included quantum industry into one of the ten 100 billion industrial revitalization plans, embracing advantages and potential.

　　Till now, Ji’nan owns the earliest built practical oriental “Ji’nan quantum communication experimental network” and takes the lead in exploring commercial services in the field of government affairs. It is also the research and development and manufacturing center of core equipment, service hub and the node city of quantum secure communication along “Beijing-Shanghai main line”. Besides, Ji’nan is one of the main research terms of international and domestic standardization work in the field of quantum communication. National Technical Committee on Quantum Computing and Measurement’s Standardization settles in Ji’nan, too, erecting a relatively complete research and practice system of quantum information standardization .
