The 1st Ji’nan International Kite Festival , 2019 kicks off today.

The 1st Ji’nan International Kite Festival, 2019 kicks off today (on April 30th ) in Impression Ji’nan·World of Springs,a fashion and leisure center, west apart Ji’nan. This is a feast about sky and kites including kite exhibition, kite classroom, DIY classroom and many other excellentactivities. What’s more, Fang Jingfei’s kite classroom, the gold medal winner of Shandong Arts and Crafts will last to May 4th . Fan Jingpei who began to work in a kite factory in Weifang since 1989 has formed an indissoluble bond with kites during 30 years and created a new DIY kite-making style of Weifang. She was honored with the title of “Shandong celebrity of arts and crafts”. She will exhibit kite-making skills and delicate painting on kites in her class during the festival .
