Setting a goal of building a 5G pioneer city in advance, Ji’nan will implement 5G communication infrastructure construction ,5G fusion application and 5G creative development to promote the development of 5G. According to the plan, Ji’nan will promote 5G planning layout and commercial use, formulate special plans for 5G communication infrastructure, carry out the commercial use of 5G in the core region of the city, key functional areas and important places. Besides, a test run of 5G will be carried out in smart internet cars, industrial internet, smart cities, hi-fi videos, smart medical treatment, smart travelling and typical scenarios.
The scale commercial use of 5G will be promoted in Ji’nan the next year, the special plan for 5G communication infrastructure construction will be carried out and 5G network scale commercial layout will be implemented. Besides, 5G will also be used in the service of the people’s livelihood, city management and industrial development and a batch of 5G innovation and development formats will be cultivated .
