Heihu Spring has more vitality because of slow decreasing of the underground water level.

　　Recently the underground spring water trend has been concerned by the public. The water level of Baotu Spring on June 24th was 27.56 m, 1 cm lower than the previous day , breaking the red alert line of 27.60 m for a week. The water level of Heihu Spring was 27.43 m , same as yesterday.

　　In recent days the reporter has visited Heihu Spring for many times and found that there was a bigger splash and slower decrease in the spring than before though the water level hasn’t reached above 27.5m, the insurance line. There was a wisp of trickle in the east beast head, one of three heads of Heihu Spring at 10:50 a.m., June 21st. However, the middle and the east heads were running bigger water around 11:00 a.m., June 24th .
