On July 30th afternoon the opening ceremony of Shandong Institution of Industrial Technology and Qilu Industrial Innovation Forum was held in Ji’nan on which 21 cooperation agreements were signed ,marking a new integrated page of “government, interprises, subjects, scientific research achievements, finance, intermediary service and achievements into benefits” promoted in Shandong Province.
