Quanfu River, Jiefang Road (East)section has been widened a lot after being dug and installed with some rectangle frames. Quanfu River project , one of Jiefang Road (East) block upgrading projects has broken the ground already . This project including Jiefang Road (East), Quanfu River (Yaotou trench, south from Heping Road extension and north to Gongye Nan Road , the 1300-meter-long river and landscape on both sides ) and covering an area of 0.13 square meters will become a landscape river from the original trench after river dredging, digging and greening and a platform to play with water.
