Ji’nan-Tai’an Highway waterlogging slope tunnel , the longest highway tunnel in Shandong Province constructed by Shandong Hi-Speed Road& Bridge Co., Ltd has the double penetration , the breakthrough in Ji-Tai Highway. With the left line of 3,230 meters and the right line of 3,315 meters and the driving speed of 120km/h, the tunnel is designed according to the standard of the bidirectional highway of six lanes which is also the controlling engineering along the Ji-Tai line.
Stating from Erhuan Road (East) of Ji’nan and ending in Zulai Town of Tai’an, the highway is 55.9 km , expected to open in June, 2020 when it takes only half an hour from Ji’nan to Tai’an.
