Spring Rain Moistens the City of Springs.

　　“Good rain knows when spring comes.” On April 9th , a spring rain visited Ji’nan as appointed , adding the sense of mist and freshness to Ji’nan, the City of Springs. Rain in spring is significant to the growth of crops, ease the present forest fire weather rating and raise the underground water level.
