The underground water level of Baotu Spring rose to 29.86 meters at 7:00, August 29^th , 3cm higher than that of the day before and mere 14cm from the 30m mark. This is not only the highest annual water level of Baotu Spring, but also the highest in the history of the same period since 2003.
