An Action Plan for 7 Networks, the Infrastructure Construction in Shandong has been issued by Shandong government, mentioning that 12 transport airports, 30 general airports, 250,000 5G base stations will be constructed by 2025. 5G user penetration rate will increased to 56% and the 5G network of high-quality and large-scale will be built.
