People Can Apply for ID Card Across Provinces Since November 1st

　　Shandong citizens can apply for ID card across Shanxi, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang Province and other 9 provinces (districts, cities) since November 1st , according to the unified deployment of the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China, news from the Public Security Department of Shandong Province. People in these 10 provinces (districts , cities) who apply for their ID card for the first time don’t need to go back to the place of domicile.
