There is No Thick Ice on Yellow River This Winter as Temperature Rises

　　There has been no ice flood on the Yellow River, Ji’nan section as the ice flood season started in December last year, though the lowest temperature ever reached -13℃. The flow rate of Luokou section was 258m³, lower than that of the same period of last year.
