Heavy Rain and Localized Downpours on the Way to Ji’nan

　　The temperature in Shandong rises rapidly to above 20℃ after the noon , but a strong cold front effecting 30 provinces including east of Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shandong will interrupt the warming.
