Qiuyue Pears Kicked off Harvesting in Core Production Areas

　　At present, more than 30,000 mu of Qiuyue pears or autumn moon pears orchard in Laiyang, Shandong Province has begun to enter the large-scale harvesting. According to Laiyang Bureau of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the production of Qiuyue pears this year will reach 86,400 tons, an increase of more than 20%, hitting a new high in the past five years.
