Shandong raised threshold for university transfer

　　This January, University Transfer Scandal of Hunan University had been discussed animatedly, how should we enforce controls on university transfer? Shandong Provincial Education Department printed and issued Instructions for Ordinary University Transfer of Shandong Province on July 15th, to raise the threshold for university transfer, the number of situations which would be allowed for university transfer were reduced to 2 from 3, the number of situations which would not be allowed for university transfer were increased from 8 to 11.

　　According to the new regulation, 2 situations are confirmed for university transfer: The student is suffered from illness or particular difficulty, and couldn’t continue the study in the present university; The student have some speciality which will be brought into better play by mayor transfer or university transfer.
