　　In 2010, the total output value of Jinan was 391.08 billion yuan， 12.7% more than last year, among which the primary industry completed 21.517 biliion yuan, increased by 4.8%; The secondary industry accompished 163.745 billion yuan, 11.0% up; The tertiary industry realized 205.818 billion yuan, raised 14.9%.The city's geographic revenue and local general budget revenue reached 114.51 billion yuan and 26.61 billion yuan, up 39.3% and 26.6% separately. The tax revenue was 52.77 billion yuan, 21.2% increased, which was 13.5% of the total output value with an increase of 0.5%. The average of business climate index was 136.8 points, 14.7 points increased.

　　【Industrial Economy】

　　Industrial production picks up quickly. In 2010, industrial added value for the whole year was 135.24 billion yuan, increased by 10.7%. The added value of industrial enterprises above designated size was 131.3 billion yuan, 14.4% raised.

　　Good tendency in industrial benefit is strengthening. In 2010, main business income of industrial enterprises above designated size was 476.41 billion yuan, 21.3% increased.

　　The product structure is in trend of optimizing. In key industrial products of industrial enterprises above designated size, 60.1% of them realized increasing of annual output growth in 2010, with an increase of 8.2%. High-tech products increased rapidly, while traditional products grew slowly.

　　Pillar industries are in steady growth. Six major industrial clusters realized 100.13 billion yuan of added value, exceeding one hundred billion yuan for the first time, increased by 14.3%, amounting 76.3% of industrial enterprises above designated size which went up 2%. In 2010, there were 741 enterprises whose annual main business income were more than 0.1 billion yuan, 49 of which realized more than 1 billion yuan, raised by 63 and 11 respectively.

　　Capacity of zones has been enhancing. At end of 2010, the number of industrial enterprises above designated size was 591 in Jinan Export Processing Zone and 8 provincial-level economic development zones, which was 25.8% of the total industrial enterprises above designated size in our city.

　　【Agricultural Economy】

　　Agricultural production is in steady growth. In 2010, annual grain sowing area was 7.011 million mu, increased by 0.9%; Total grain output was 2.894 million tons, flat with last year, and achieving 8 continuous harvest years; Vegetable production was as much as 6.014 million tons, 1.7% raised. Animal husbandry was growing steadily, output increase of meat, eggs and milk was 1.2%, 0.4% and 3.5% respectively; The increase rate of amounts of pigs, cattle and sheeps on hand was 1.1%, 1% and 2.8% respectively; Market volume increased by 3.7%, 3.3% and 5.3% separately. Aquatic products output realized 43,000 tons with an increase of 2.9%. Afforestation got positive results, and completed afforestation area of 193,000 mu, including 89,000 mu of barren hills afforestation. The forest coverage rate reached 30.0%, increased by 1.1%.

　　The modern service industry is in steady growth. In 2010, the added value of the morden service industry was 91.81 billion yuan, up 12.5%; Accounting for 44.6% of the whole tertiary industry.

　　The development situation of the financial sector is steady. In 2010, the annual added value of financial sector was 28.83 billion yuan, increased by 16.9%. The real estate industry grew rapidly. The added value of real estate industry in the whole year is 20.44 billion yuan, raised 14.8%. Housing construction area was 23.635 million square meters, 10.9% increased.

　　Tourist industry is growing rapidly. In 2010, our city receipted 33.883 million passengers from both home and abroad with an growth of 19.2%, including 33.652 million domestic passengers which increased by 19.2% and 0.231 million foreign passengers which raised 23.5%. The total tourism revenue reached 31.38 billion yuan, 22.4% up. And it includes 30.63 billion yuan domestic tourism revenue with an increase of 22.5% and 0.114 billion yuan tourism foreign exchange income which is increased by 21.9%.

　　Development of logistics industry, software industry and exhibition industry have been accelerating. By end of 2010, there had been 60,200 logistics-related enterprises and individually-owned businesses, with annual operation revenue of 237.08 billion yuan which is raised by 24.1%. Software service revenue was 59 billion yuan, 35.6% increased. There were 137 exhibitions held, increased by 7; Direct business income was 0.317 billion yuan, up 26.8%.

　　【Domestic Trade. Foreign Economy】

　　Growth of domestic trade is in good shape. Total retail sales of consumer goods of 2010 was 172.55 billion yuan, raised by 18.7%. The urban social retail sales of consumer goods realized 155.74 billion yuan with an increase of 18.7%. There were 1526 wholesale and retail, accommodation and catering units above designated size, realizing retail sales of 71.73 billion yuan, increased by 23.7%. And accommodation and catering industry realized 32.32 billion yuan of retail sales, 18.7% up. Home Appliances Going Countryside sold 330,000 units with an increase of 63.2%; Sales reached 0.75 billion yuan, 95.9% raised.
