Minimum living allowance and rural five guarantees to be raised again
It is learned from Jinan Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau that, this month, Jinan raised the standards of minimum living allowance and rural five guarantees again, it is the largest increase for minimum living allowance ever.
According to the new regulation of minimum living allowance for urban residents, Lixi District, Shizhong District, Huaiying District, Tianqiao District, Licheng District and Jinan High-tech Developmental Zone raised the allowance to 550 yuan per person in a month from 510 yuan, Changqing District increased the allowance to 500 yuan per person in a month from 480 yuan, Pingyin County enhanced the allowance to 500 yuan per person in a month from 470 yuan, minimum living allowance in Zhangqiu City, Jiyang County and Shanghe County has been improved to 500 yuan per person in a month from 450 yuan. The minimum living allowance for rural residents has been raised to 300 yuan per person in a month from 250 yuan, the standard of rural five guarantees has been raised from 5300 yuan to 5900 yuan per person in a year, the standard of decentralized support has been enhanced from 3400 yuan to 3700 yuan per person in a year.
