More convenient for foreign restaurants to settle in Jinan

Reporter Learned from Jinan Administration Examination and Approval Service Center that recently our city launched Parallel Processing System for lead stage of foreign-invested restraunt enterprises to create a better environment for foreign investment.

Recently, Jinan Administration Examination and Approval Service Center, Jinan Municipal Commerce Bureau, Jinan Municipal Health Bureau, Jinan Food and Drug Administration, Jinan Environmental Protection Bureau and Jinan Police Fire Brigade jointly issued a document on the establishment of Parallel Processing System for lead stage of foreign-invested restraunt enterprises. In the future, any businessman who is going to invest in our city only need to show relevant documents, fill the form, stamp and sign. Then they can get lead stage formalities, including Sanitation Permit for Public Places, Fire Control and Envirenmental Protection at one time according to the requirements of foreign-invested restraunt enterprises establishing lead-staged business registration. For the foreign-invested restraunt enterprises meeting the requirements, their material will be diliverd to each of the parallel processing department within a working day. The processing department will decide whether to grant an administrative license within the prescribed time limit. When material supplement is needed, the processing department will notify the Municipal Commerce Bureau parallel window and the applicant in written form within 3 days from the received date of the material. For approved administrative license, approval document or permit should be issued and sent to the Municipal Commerce Bureau parallel window within the prescribed time limit. Then notify the applicant for receipt procedures.
