Jinan Entered Firecracker Time on Minor New Year

　　Jan, 16 is the 23rd day of twelfth lunar month, it is commonly known as Minor New Year. Jinan officially entered Firecracker Time on this day. Arround 6pm on Jan, 16, the continous sound of firecrackers reminded us that Spring Festival of 2012 is drawing near. According to Jinan Regulation of limiting setting off Firecracker, citizens can set off firecrackers during 23rd, twelfth lunar month and 15th, first lunar month, it is not allowded to set off forecrackers at any other time. In this period, people can't set off firecrackers between 11pm and 5am of the next day, except 23rd, twelfth lunar month, Spring Festival Eve, 5th, first lunar month, 15th, first lunar month.
