Pre-school Education Taken into Scope of Financial Security
Pre-school education is not compulsory and not included in the public financial security of China, and it has restricted the development of pre-school education. Our city takes it into the scope of public financial security, which will play a certain role in restraining the phenomenon of "Kindergarten crunch, Expensive kindergarten". Our city determines the average subsidy standard to be 1200 yuan each year for one student. It is divided into 3 specific standards, including 1000 yuan, 1200 yuan and 1400 yuan. Grants are mainly used for child care, teaching fees and meals in the kindergarten. The average imbusing target is 10% of 3-5 years old children in mass-benefited kindergartens, the proportion of imbursed children may increase gradually in the future years.(Web Editor: Zhang Xiaomei)
