Jinan will Build 40,000 Affordable Housings in 2012

This year, Jinan should build 40,000 affordable housings in various kinds, including 15,000 of public retal housings, 3,000 of economical housings and 22,000 of rebuilding shanty areas.

In the construction of affordable housings, the Housing Department will strictly implement quality lifelong-responsibility system, inspect the staged projects, carry out quality supervision & inspection regularly，and optimize architectural designs. The Housing Department will try to build this project to high-quality project, demonstration project, safty project and sunshine project.
