　　Reportors learn from the 3rd plenary session of Jinan Preparatory Committee for 10th Art Festival, at present, construction of stadiums is going smoothly, project of 418 public cultural facilities is totally speeded, production of artistic creation has made some important achievements, the preparation for 10th Art Festival has obtained periodic achievement.

　　Stadium Construction

　　Since the started of Capital Culture & Art Grand Theatre on October 22 in 2010, western headquarters had been making great efforts to prompt the project,

　　the main structure was roofed on December 30 last year, now roof covering work and indoor & outdoor decoration are in progress. As our city's biggest public cultural facilities since new China was established, City Library, Mass Art Museum and Art Museum were formally laid the foundation on September 23 last year, now earth excavation and steel pipe construction have been finished. "One Theater and Three Museums" are ensured to be diliveried and used in next Augest.
