Accelerate Construction of Modern Agricultural Demonstration Park
Today, more than 20 CPPCC members from agricultural sector as well as other invited sectors, went to Changqing district for inspection of the development of modern agricultural demonstration park.
The CPPCC members visited Shuangquan Recreational Agricultural Park, Mashan Chinese Herbal Medicine Planting Base and Wande Tea Demonstration Park, and they listened to the related introduction. They agreed that, in recent years, our city's agricultural demonstration park is developing rapidly, which is a effective way in promoting agricultural efficiency and farmers' income. According to the difficulties and problems in the constructing & developing of those parks, CPPCC members suggested：Further speed up the construction of modern agricultural demonstration park, transform traditional agriculture with improving of science and technology, form a number of modern agricultural demonstration parks which combine agricultural sightseeing, science education, rural experience and recreation; Well plan the parks, build distinctive agricultural demonstration parks; Innovate operation mechanism, encourage farmers' specialized cooperative organizations and agricultural leading enterprises to participate in agriculture demonstration park construction; Expand the scale, enhance the grade and actively promote the construction of agricultural production base.
