“Decorate Road with City Flower”Prject Started, 10,000 Lotuses Bloom on the Street

　　At the gate of Baotu Spring Park, full-blown potted lotuses win admiration from visitors. Our citizens can find that potted lotuses are placed on Spring Square, several main streets, and scenic areas including Baotu Spring Park, Huancheng Park, etc. It is learnt that the municipal gardening department starts the project of “Decorate Road with City Flower". Up to now, more than 10,000 potted lotuses have been placed on the street, which enables citizens and visitors to experience Beauty of Lotus & Willow when they are walking.

　　the project of “Decorate Road with City Flower" has achieved certain scale. Recently, Spring Square was decorated with 500 potted lotuses, part of which were placed arround the lotus fountains. Gardendening Bureau of Lixi District also laid potted lotuses on Xianxi Alley and Minghu Road, the potted lotuses blossom with the weeping willows, citizens really love this scenery. Project of "10,000 Lotuses Decorate Streets" in Shizhong District has been accomplished.
