Headquarter of Jinan North-span Development Held Plenary Meeting

　　Headquarter of Jinan North-span Development held the 4th plenary meeting, listened to report to Strategic Research of Jinan North-span and Northern New Urban Area Development, which was delivered by Urban Planning and Design Center from Peking University. Chenyong, member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jinan Municipal Committee, minister of Organization Department, and Zou Shiping, vice director of the Standing Committee of Jinan Municipal People's Congress were present at the meeting.

　　It was pointed out in the meeting, that prospective strategic research of  Jinan north-span and northern new urban area development should be proceeded. In the process of building Jinan northern new urban area, the new urban area planning should be confirmed to long-term scientific development and sustainable development in the capital city. The steering role of strategic research should be strengthened, Shandong "Blue" and "Yellow" strategy should be connected to key surrounding areas and supply service to north-span development.It should especially play steering role in industries, cultivate and lead strategic emerging industries, pay attention to the development of mordern agriculture, tourism agriculture, ecological agriculture and agriculture industrialization, make good use of traditional advantages of the northern area. The strategic research should be kept advanced and in accordance with the requirments of scientific outlook on development, new road to industrilization,urbanization and informationization.
