First Forced-degradation of Driving liscense in Jinan

From the beginning of this year，drivers with driving licenses in Grade A or Grade B who are deducted 12 scores in a single cycle will be degraded. In the morning of 31th Jan, HuaiYin Traffic Police Detachment vehicle administration office degraded a driver who were deducted 12 scores. Zhao's previous driving license allowed him to drive vehicle in Grade A2, after degradation, his driving license allows him to drive vehicle in Grade B1 and Grade B2. This is the first driving license which is forced to be degraded since the application of the new traffic regulation.
