Jinan to Provide One-off Living Allowance

According to Jinan Municipal Civil Affair Bureau，2013 central budget one-off living allowance for urban and rural poor people is going to be provided at the beginning of February. 170,000 needy people would receive a total subsidy of 48 million more (yuan).

It has been the forth time for the government to provide living allowance for urban and rural poor people, since 2009. The standard and scope for the distribution of the subsidy is as follows: 300 yuan for each urban mineral assurance people, 200 yuan for each rural mineral people or rural five guarantees people, and 360 yuan for each people who enjoys national pension allowance, or rural party member who joined Chinese Communist Party before the founding of People's Republic of China, or urban party member who is not enjoying retired treatment.
