Water Quality Protection Project in Daming Lake Finished 98 Percent
On May 16, International Conference on Research Cooperation within the China Europe Water Platform，Water Resources in Urbanization and Urban Planning International Seminar were held in Jinan. Jinan released the latest achievement in the construction of water Eco-civilization City.
It is learnt that Jinan has been promoting the key aquatic ecology projects vigorously, the water transportation project in southern ecological reserve has been completed, it has been recharging Xiaoqing River since April 5th. Yuqing Lake diversion project is proceeding smoothly, scheduled for completion in September.
The pollution control work has been fully conducting since last November. At present, 98 percent of Daming Lake water quality protection project has been finished, the whole project is about to come to an end soon. The main part of Jin Niu park sewage treatment station has been constructed, and the construction of distributed processing facility on Chixia Square has been accelerated.
