Booming Exhibition Industry in Jinan
2013 S.Korean Commodity Fair attracted over 300 Korean exhibitors, including 100 Korean enterprises and more than 200 Korea-invested enterprises in China. This fair guides the direction of exhibition industry in Jinan.
It is learnt from Jinan Municipal Bureau of Commerce that our city held 83 fairs in the first half year, the exhibiting areas totals 1.36 million square meters, the number of visitors reached 4.56 million, increased by 18.2% and 8.5% year on year respectively. The amount of total business transactions is 65.9 billion yuan, the fairs boost the income of related industries with 9.1 billion yuan, raised by 7.6% and 10.1% respectively.
A responsible person with Jinan Municipal Bureau of Commerce introduced that the exhibition industry has been making effort to optimize its developing structure, to accelerate its internationalization.
