Jinan Formulating Guide Price for Affordable Housing Units
Affordable housing units have been allowed for transaction since August 1st in Jinan. The reporter learnt that the price control department hadn't formulated the guide prices, the affordable housing units can't be traded at the moment.
On August 1st, the office phone in Jinan Municipal Housing Security and Management Bureau was ringing continuously. Significant amounts of residents called to consult about the related policies of affordable housing. How they could get the sole ownership and pay for the added-value were the most frequently asked questions.
The policy allowed that affordable housing units could be transacted since August 1st. However, the guide prices for commercial housing in the same location hasn't been formulated yet, which is used to calculate the government revenues. The price control department has been formulating the guide prices, real transaction can be reached as soon as the prices are published.
