Job supply exceeding demand in Jinan

　　Jinan municipal party committee and Jinan municipal government press conference was held on July 15th, released the employment situation of the university graduates. It is learnt from the conference that, by the end of June, the employment rate of this year's university graduates is 80.8%. At present, job supply-demand ratio is 3:1 in Jinan.

　　According to the analysis from Jinan employment information, job supply-demand ratio in Jinan is 3:1, which means that 3 jobs wait for one graduate to apply. However, more than 90% jobs are supplied by small and medium-sized enterprises, which can’t meet the needs of some graduates with higher employment expectations. This year, Jinan will continue to optimize the employment environment to improve the employment rate of university graduates.
