Agricultural products safety in Jinan

　　The quality and safety of agricultural products has always been one of the central issues people concerned. Li Jixiao, director of Jinan Municipal Agriculture Bureau, answered 12345 hotline, explaining problems people concerned, including Huanghe River rice, family farm, quality and safety of agricultural products, on August 21st. In order to guarantee safety of the foods, Li promised that the source of agricultural inputs would be seriously controlled, people wouldn't sell agricultural products with unqualified agricultural chemicals.

　　Referring to genetically modified food issues, li answered that there wasn't any genetically modified crops planted in Jinan, Jinan Municipal Agriculture Bureau had been strictly monitoring the entering of genetically modified crops by strengthening law enforcement.
