Rural minimum living guarantee in Jinan to be raised
On the morning of September 19th, Zhao Yuhai, party secretary and director of Jinan Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau , answered 12345 hotline, interacted with citizens through 12345 SMS platform, communicated with citizens on the issues of social assistance, public welfare, compensation, social affair, community construction, assignment of discharged soldiers, etc.
In the aspect of social assistance, civil affairs departments have been actively carrying forward. At present, the standard of urban minimum living guarantee is 510 yuan each person per month, the standard of rural minimum living guarantee is 3000 yuan each person every year. Policies have been under study to improve the standard of rural minimum living guarantee to 4000 yuan from 3000 yuan.
