Jinan version of second-hand housing sales contract released

　　In recent years, quite a few consumption disputes have been generating by the transaction of second-hand housings, a significant proportion of those disputes are triggered by ambiguous terms of the contracts. On October 27th, Jinan Municipal Housing Security and Management Bureau and Jinan Administration of Industry & Commerce held the press conference, two departments jointly formulated some specimen contracts, including Service Contract of Jinan Real Estate Agency, Sales Contract for housing inventory in Jinan, etc. From now on, those specimen contracts will be promoted in the whole city.

　　Real estate agencies should sign Service Contract of Jinan Real Estate Agency (Sales Version) with the clients when they accept authorizations for selling housings.
