Jinan sees declining prices of new residential apartments

　　During Spring Festival, the National Bureau of Statistics released the price changes of residential apartments in 70 large and medium-sized cities in January, 2015. According to the data, the prices of residential apartments declined slightly month on month, the differentiation among different cities has been more and more obvious. In Jinan, the prices of new residential apartments kept descending in the first month of the new year, down 0.3% month on month, dropped 4.7% year on year, refreshed the biggest drop and the longest continuous declining period in 2011. It is the ninth decline of month-on-month prices of residential apartments in Jinan.
