Prices of newly-built apartments reduced for 10 consecutive times in Jinan

　　On March 18th, China's National Bureau of Statistics released the data of house prices in 70 large and medium-sized cities in February. House prices in Jinan set a new record of reduced for 10 consecutive times, down 0.2% month on month, reduced 5.3% year on year, continued refreshing the biggest drop and the longest continuous declining period in 2011.

　　It is estimated that Jinan estate market-heat will be obviously raised in March, because of the coming of new school term and policy adjustment of public accumulation funds.
