11 experts in Jinan win State Council Special Allowance

　　Jinan held Certificate-awarding Ceremony for State Council Special Allowance & Shandong Provincial Outstanding Contribution Expert and Forum for High-level Professional & Technical Personnel, 11 experts were awarded with State Council Special Allowance certificates, 4 experts won High-level Professional and Technical Personnel certificates.

　　The reporter learnt from Human Resource and Social Security Bureau of Jinan that the experts are from the front line of various fields including education, engineering, health care, culture and social science research.
