Jinan: Smoking or playing mobile while driving to be fined RMB50

　　Jinan Road Traffic Safety Regulations(hereinafter referred to as Regulations) which will be implemented since May 1st adds and clarifies several implementation and penalty methods of traffic rules. Smoking, drinking, eating, throwing stuffs or wearing slippers when driving will be fined RMB50; The driver shouldn’t leave the vehicle when temporary parking; Give way to special vehicles such as emergency ambulances and fire fighting trucks; All these items are closely bound up with citizens’ life.

　　Because talking on the phone using bluetooth is hard to obtain evidence, we could only supervise and punish the behavior of talking on the mobile with the phone in the hands by means of snapshot or manpower. It will be specifically regulated when the detailed regulation is released after the May Day about the issue whether the points will be deducted.
