Jinan Vehicle Management Office to build more driving test sites

　　To get the driving license, people must go through 3 steps, including registering, training and testing. If those 3 steps develop harmoniously, the phenomenon of Long-time Training won’t come about. Long-time Training means that the registering quantity is greater than the number of trainees who have obtained driving licenses, which makes the trainees who are waiting for participating in driving test fell into the situation of Long-time Training.

　　There are about 137 thousand Long-time Training trainees of Subject 2 and Subject 3 in Jinan. According to the investigation in all driving training schools, 41.3% of the trainees can’t attend the training for personal reasons, such as going abroad, attending school and long-time business trip. Regardless of personal factors, about 80 thousand trainees are in Long-time Training situation in Jinan.
