Jinan publishes plan for public transport for first time

　　Jinan Urban Public Transport Planning is released to the public for the first time. According to the planning, Jinan has been planning to construct one-ring-three-lines modern trackless trolleys; By the year of 2020, there will be 10 city level landmark transport hubs in Jinan, including the new Jinan East Railway Station and Jinan Railway Station. P&R transport transfer concept is to introduced to Jinan, urban fast lanes will be constructed in Jinan by the connection of medium freight volume buses and rail transit.

　　By the year of 2017, Jinan is to construct one-ring-three-lines modern trackless trolleys, which totals 60.8km. One Ring is the ringlike BRT lanes which consist of East Second Ring Road, West Second Ring Road, South Second Ring Road and Beiyuan Street. Three Lines means 3 BRT bus lines including Quanfu Flyover to Jinan West Railway Station, Dawei to Kuangshan Flyover and Gaoqiangwang to Yansha Flyover.
