Application for civil servants with contracts of employment started

　　This July, the recruit of civil servants with contracts of employment officially broke the ice, the first batch of 4 positions are publicly recruited from the society. It was the first day for application on July 20th. The reporter learned from related department that 4 positions all received resumes from applicants by 16:30, July 20th, yet some of the applicants are not qualified for the positions.

　　Salary is the focus attracted most concern. Recruiting of civil servants with contracts of employment doesn’t mean the government is going to attract talents with high salaries, the salaries will be negotiated by employing units and employees on the basis of the national policy. For the employees who have prominent performance or make special contribution, the reward policy will be negotiated by both sides.
