On September 8th, Gaode, a domestic supplier of navigators, released the traffic index of 45 main cities in the whole country, together with wechat, Jinan ranks 41st in August. According to the data from Gaode Map, the average speed of driving is 26.55km per hour in the second quarter of this year in Jinan.
