The new housing contacts signed online has an increase of 70% in Sept. and Oct.

　　In October the house-trading market has the same active condition just like that in September ,especially at the last week of October, the contracts signed online reached to the peak of 400-500 per day which is one time ,compared to that in the beginning of October. The data from Jinan construction department shows that there are totally 9372 new housing contracts signed online in October, further higher than the same period last year. There is an amazing result in Jinan ‘s house-trading market. Both in September and October there are 16306 first-hand housing contracts signed online, 6600 more than the same period’s 9616 contacts signed online last year, which is an enormous increase of 70%
