The "no digging period" of new roads extends to 10 years

The 17th session of the 12th meeting of the Provincial People's Congress closes on December 3rd afternoon, Ji'nan municipal facilities management regulations are passed through voting. Reports notice that the regulations increase the using and excavation limit of roads. The regulations defines clearly that there will be no digging or excavation on new construction, reconstruction or extended urban roads within 10 years after its delivery and there will be no digging on the overhaul urban roads within 5 years after being completed.
