Ji’nan plans to establish Ji'nan Renewal Bureau

In order to guarantee the promote of related work, Jinan will further innovate the city management system to establish Ji'nan Renewal Bureau which will be documented in Ji’nan commission in charge of government staff after the approval of Shandong government in Ji’nan Real Estate Management Bureau. News released by Shandong government staff setting network says that Jinan intends to establish a unified urban renewal management system to assign the urban renewal related duties of City Planning Bureau and the supervision and management duties of land acquisition and resettlement of Urban and Rural Construction Committee to Ji’nan Real Estate Management Bureau. After the adjustment, the reconstruction of the city's shantytowns and urban villages will undertaken by the city housing security and Real Estate Management Bureau.
