Jinan issued the first real estate registration certificate

On De.30th ,2015, Ji’nan Real Estate Registration Center was founded and issued the first batch of real estate property certificates. From then on, the certificates of land, housing and forest will not be issued separately but unified into the “Real Estate Property Right Certificate ” which is issued by Ji’nan Real Estate Registration Center to realize the real implementation of the " integrity property".
