Protecting the mountains , protecting the springs.

　　Ji’nan , the city of springs has taken a number of big moves on the way of constructing the water ecological city, including setting up the management committee of the southern mountain area to protect the “lifeblood” of the springs and managing the rivers with the system of “one river, two responsible persons”.

　To protect the springs ,the soul of Ji’nan , the mark of the culture and to keep them spewing is the main task in the construction of the water ecological city . During this period Ji’nan government has been trying to keep the integrated spring water ecosystem , maintaining the spewing with the idea of ”woods –protecting goes before mountains-protecting , mountain-protecting goes before springs-protecting ”.
