It will determined by a lottery draw to spot check any polluter

　　News from Shandong Environmental Protection Department says that (hereinafter referred to as the plan) has been printed recently. The plan puts forward that the check list of the polluters will be determined by a lottery draw in the daily environmental monitoring by the environmental protection department.

　　In accordance with the requirements of environmental protection department, the polluters in the cities and counties in Shandong Province will be divided into “key polluters, general polluters and special supervision objects ” according to number of law enforcement personnel , the administrative area, the number of polluters the environment law-abiding state of the polluters, the environment quality and the complaints of the citizens and the polluters in Shandong Province will be spot checked by a lottery draw.
